S.O.E. Leadership Academy

LEARN TO LEAD WITH CONFIDENCE: “S.O.E. Academy students are prepared to compete and lead academically and socially with a foundation built on Christian values..” –Brenda Joyce Johnson, CEO & Founder of The School of Esther The S.O.E. Academy (formerly The School of Esther) is one of the premier programs of the Gold Medallion Foundation and is designed to prepare “tweens” and teens to excel and succeed in social, spiritual and academic endeavors.

Summer Enrichment Program

The Gold Medallion Foundation along with the support of Job and Family Services and United Way funding, sponsored an 8-week summer enrichment program for youth ages 10-14. Students participated in daily language arts, math enrichment; “Street Smarts”; basic computer classes, financial literacy, health, dance, physical education and entrepreneurship—which included the art of jewelry making which was sold to generate profit.
